#24 Installation when CD has unreadable files

The installation ceased because of unreadable files on
the CD-R for one of the books. The installation aborts
with a message about how it couldn't read a certain
file. Some books had been copied to the hard drive, but
none appeared to be installed. Presumably, this won't
happen much with replicated CDs, so it's not worth too
much effort, but perhaps the error message at least
could be changed to say something to the effect of
"installation of book xxx failed (disk read error).
Installation of the CCEL-Desktop software succeeded.
Try running the software and installing the books you
want from within the CCEL desktop."

When copying the book files, it was using a relative path
that wasn't being properly resolved. This is now fixed.
Also, if the installation encounters an error when
installing books but not an error specific to the book, the
installer will exit with the message that the software was
installed but there were errors while installing the books.
If an error occurs on a particular book (i.e. files not
found), that book is now skipped and the rest still install.
At the end, the finish page lists any books that had errors
    being installed.
