#19 Scripture references not linking right

When viewing a book and selecting a scripture
reference, the full name of the book of the Bible is
used instead of the short name in the link, causing
some to be broken.
Example: in On Cleaving to God, Ch. 2, the link for
Phillipians 4.6 links to
/ccel/bible/???.Philippians.4.html#Philippians.4.6,
where ??? is the preferred bible. This should be
/ccel/bible/???.Phil.4.html#Phil.4.6 so that it can be
found.

This has to be fixed on the CCEL server by re-installing the
book in question. I've done it for the books I found.
Eventually all books will be re-installed later this summer,
so any stragglers should be fixed as well.
