#14 Book ZIP files don't contain all files

authorID: murray bookID:surrender - contains only search-index

authorID:ruysbroeck bookID: adornment - doesn't contain an about
page.

authorID: singh bookID: feet - only has search-index

There seems to be something wrong with the build script given the
other errors I previously found.

I rebuilt the books in question, using the standard process,
and they came out fixed. I tried rebuilding books by authors
starting with 'a', and a couple of obvious problems were
fixed. I have initiated a rebuild of all xml.zip packages;
it could take several hours.
