#8 penguin-kun wars 2 has sound problems

Penguin-kun wars 2 doesn't play on cbios. Comes with a
strange error.

This game works, but I did not close this ticket because of
all the C-BIOS tested games this is the only game that has
sound problems.

In the introscreen, the music stops after the very first sound and at most other places, the wrong music is played.
