#7 Wrong behavior during Insert & Append City Name(s)...

Open a Nation with a long list of Cities, go to Tribe Cities Tab, type a city name, then:
1) Click Insert City, city is inserted, but highlight jumps to bottom of List of Cities. It should move to the new city name and highlight or stay where it was at.
2) Click Append City, city is appended to bottom of List of Cities, but highlight jumps to City Name above the bottom one just entered. It should move to the new city name and highlight.

Note, Inserted Cities appear above the highlight, not below(intuitive), this is correct behavior, so a City Name may be placed as the Capitol City (top of list).
