#5 Format target

Scenario: Two XML files are open, and I want to format
(pretty indentation) the content of the second file. So
I click on the "Tidy XML" button (or menu Edit > Format
XML), and, surprise: nothing happens, the XML is not
modified.

In fact, it seems that the formatting action is always
targetted on the first opened file.
