#11 Scroll Wheel Increments Too Slowly

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but
when I scroll with my wheel mouse, it goes so slowly
that it doesn't make scrolling worth using. I think it
should at least scroll 1/16-1/4 of a page per wheel
click like most other applications.
