#24 How can males with age 19 register

Ideally females with age greater than or equal to 18 should be able to register.
For males it should be 21 or more.
One male user under my responsibility has age 19. Tihs should not be allowed.

May be we could state that we allow registration of females with age greater than equal to 17 and males with age greater than equal to 20.
But we will mention in terms and conditions that this just for people who want to get committed asap and marry as soon as they have legal right. ( 18 , 21 yrs)
You see some people have to hurry marriage due to family problems.
