#2 family name field on first page

The first page http://matrimonial.burudsamaj.net/ has a background bitmap. The bitmap shows "Family name" as the name of a field.
Actually it should be caste name.
You can see the selection list against this field, It lists castes.

Hi satish, i sent one mail for the bitmap, i change "Family Name" into Caste Name

Please check ur gmail, and i m attaching same attachement here also so pls have a look and let me knw if u have any query

I wnt our cast name list, cauz our current side having only four name i wnt all names to insert in the caste name section.

Hope this is fixed and closed.
Currently the bitmap is 'Caste name' and selection list has caste names...
Please re-test and close.
