#2 Tooltip behavior in extreme lower-right corner

When a hover tooltip is fired for an item in an extreme lower-right corner, the tooltip will often be placed under the cursor, obscuring the originally hovered object, and destroying the tooltip.

This occurs very quickly, making the tooltip unreadable.

Occurs on Firefox 3.0.6 on Ubuntu

To reproduce:
Position an element with tooltip in the lower right of browser viewport, and hover over positioned element.
