#34 Filename truncation in ISO images

When creating ISO images of very long filenames, the
ISO creator truncates the filenames in a unhelpful way
- it simply chops the filename including the extension
which is not very nice. I've classed this as a bug
since it causes program associations to not work with
your burnt files since the extension is gone.

Need some sort of feature to truncate filenames in a
smarter fashion, much like Nero's truncation.
