#31 Link to help file uses wrong extension (.hlp)

Just installed v2.6.2 on Windows 2000 (SP2,de).

Program Group contains link to help file BTTB.hlp which
can't be found. Program directory contains a file BTTB.chm.

Changed the extension of the link target, can read the help
now:-)

Heh, a bug indeed :) I noticed that one after the release,
but as the help is also accessible from within the program
(F1), I didn't bother re-releasing a fix for it for now.

So as a workaround, press F1 in the program for help.
