#181 Can't change style OR language

i'm using a clean xbtit rev 674 and i can't change the style or the language

after selecting from the menu the style or the language the page reloads mysql is updated and the menu updates itself with what i selected. but style and language remain unchanged, after a wile ( don't know exactly ) i does change ... i think an hour or so ... can you please check this out ... is kind of critical bug
