BRIC 1936 Brain Research Imaging Centre, Edinburgh

Welcome to our project where you will find brain imaging software produced by the Brain Research Imaging Centre of The University of Edinburgh.

These tools form part of MCMxxxVI (Multispectral Colour Modulation and Variance Identification), a suite of image manipulation and analysis tools written in MATLAB by Maria Hernandez of BIRC and ported to C++ by the The Software Sustainability Institute.

About

For a paper on what the tools can do, see
