#15 Remove repository element in pom.xml

defining a local repository with the dependant libs and storing them in subversion, is not necessary. Because the only dependant lib is junit:junit:3.8.1 and maven can find it in the central repo.
Perhaps you could increase the version from 3.8.1 to 4.8.1
