#180 Linux & Co: Middle click copy-paste not fully implemented.

Its only possible to copy/paste via mouse mark-and-middle-click inside
the same document or from outside boa into a boa document.

It does not work:
- to copy/paste between documents
- inner copy/ paste to outside of boa.

Because the mark-text-copy and middle-click-insert is a very basic
and application independent feature of Linux/ Unix-derivates boa also
should implement it completely. Not having it breaks complete the
normal workflow.

Hi Jens,

If you can tell me how to implement this feature, I'll do it.

So far I've done it as best I could.

I personally think the underlying toolkit should implement it, so
it might help more to enter this as a feature request on the
wxWindows project page.
