#166 in collection editor can not move items up or down

When editing menus, or toolbars, or any other control that
requires the collection editor, I don't see a way to move an
item up or down.

This is very anoying because once I set up a menu, there
seems to be no easy way to rearange items or add another
item in the middle of the menu.

If there is a way, I would apreciate you would point it to me.

A simple up and down arrow that moves the selected item
up or down should do it.

This feature was added to the CVS releases of Boa after the
0.2.3 release.
