The process management code in the Debugger goes to great
lenghts to shutdown cleanly, more we cannot do.
The only thing left is to kill the process.
If you have a small reproduceable sample, I'll take a look.
Boa 0.2.7 now supports viewing and killing process spawned
by Boa. This should aleviate the problem a bit.
It's available on the Tasks page of the Error/Output notebook
in the Editor.
Will be available in 0.2.7 CVS.
