Hi Jared, This is a sort of Windows Operating System issue rather than blue, but on Windows, normally file extensions are hidden by default. The zip file you downloaded (the blue 0.108.0) differs from the jar (the installer) as they're different formats. I think WinRAR automatically reassociates itself with all archive type extensions when it loads unless you change a setting. Normally you would just double-click the installer and it would run as a java program. If the association is set to use WinRAR instead, you can right-click the jar file and choose "Open with Java" (the option that is labelled will be something like that).
