Hi Will, Thanks for uploading the instrument to blueShare! It seems like it does the job; what would we need to make SimpleSampler instrument be versatile enough for everyone's needs here? Should we take a standard tracker's sampler as the model? As for the tracker keyboard input, it might be tricky, as that model works for trackers but is not a clean fit for Csound's input formats. The concern I have is that it might interfere with general text input, but I'll experiment tonight. I think a worse case scenario I might have to add an input mode checkbox, something like "Use Tracker Pitch Entry" where you have to toggle it to enable the keyboard shortcuts (which would have a shortcut itself to toggle it on and off). I'll spend a little time tonight and see what happens. I've also just uploaded a newer blue.jar that has the delete option as well as fixes up a bug on loading from a saved file that caused NullPointerExceptions. And thanks Will for the original request! It's taken a while but I think it'll be a nice addition to the soundObjects available in blue as it really is a very fast way to enter in notes. =) steven On 10/5/06, Will Light <fil...@gm...> wrote: > > Hi Andres, > > > > I was thinking that a SimpleSampler instrument would be nice too.
