Last I checked I had gotten the Jar Plugin loader working for the example SoundObject plugin that is in CVS. Files were able to save and load instances of the soundObject in the jar plugin. I think though that more testing is needed to make sure everything is working. Also, there's no failure checking for loading projects that use jar plugins: we should probably have a dialog that pops up if the plugin isn't found, saying something like: "This project could not load as it was unable to load the SoundObject of ty= pe: " (or reuse the message for Instruments or NoteProcessors) You can still develop plugins without using the jar plugin method by adding your plugin in a jar to the classpath in the starter script and also adding an entry in the registry.xml file. steven On 9/7/05, Michael Bechard <got...@ya...> wrote: > Where is blue currently with plugins (particularly > custom SoundObjects)? >=20 > Michael >=20 > __________________________________________________ > Do You Yahoo!? > Tired of spam?
