Hi Andres, Thanks for suggesting the shift-F1 feature on SourceForge! The discussion going back and forth helped me alot to figure out the implementation and it's now a feature I find I use quite a bit too. As for tutorials, I would absolutely appreciate anything you have in mind. I'm using docbook right now though it's got a slight learning curve and I don't expect anyone wanting to contribute to use it. If you're interested you can send any ideas either straight to me or I can add you as a developer and you can commit straight to CVS. As for topics, perhaps best if we work out a list of topics here and then we can both just pick which ones to cover. Here's some ideas to start a list of topics; anyone here interested in a feature demonstrated or idea explained, please feel free to chime in with a request. Some of these are not so much tutorials but also places in the documentation that need some further explanation. [topics] -A First Project (simple project to get used to blue) -Program Options and what they do (I'm looking to take this one on today) -Individual Features -using the code editor (opcode completion, manual search, code repository) -Using the SoundObjectLibrary -Better Documentation for individual plugins (SoundObjects, NoteProcessors, Instruments) [dev topics] -a simple plugin (for each type) These are all a bit large in scope, so if you're interested, maybe just a shorter hilight of a favorite feature or two would be awesome. Also, if anyone would like to contribute any .blue examples to add to the program's example folder, that would be very much appreciated. Thanks Andres and everyone for all the great ideas and feedback! steven Andres Cabrera wrote: > It's funny how most of our latest suggestions are > already there in blue...=) I just tried beta10 and I > love the shift-F1 feature.
