To follow up what Jan Jacob mention, after building cmask with the "make" command, you should have the cmask executable within that source folder. I think if you run "make install" it will copy it to /usr/local/bin, but you can also copy the file there. As for JMask, it's available to add new ones by right clicking the timeline and choose JMask with the Add SoundObject popup menu.
