I took a look at the error information and the code I put in place to parse the output of jack_lsp may be making assumptions it shouldn't. Could you type "jack_lsp -t -p" on a terminal and send me the output? Perhaps the information for your hardware reports something unexpected or the value of the output has changed in the version of Jack in 16.04.
