Hi All,

I am currently working on migrating the Wiki back to Docbook.  While this
is going on, I've made the wiki password protected.  This is because I
think I have had some hackers using my server recently and I suspect they
might have gone through MediaWiki.  I hope to get the documentation updated
soon, and when done, will upload it for online reading.  I will add a
redirect from the wiki URL to go to the updated manual page once complete.
