Hi EBM, To note, for Ubuntu you will need to enable the API by using: default_options="--branding blue -J-Xms256m -J-Xmx768m -J-Djava.library.path=/usr/lib/jni" in the blue/etc/blue.conf file (http://blue.kunstmusik.com/wiki/index.php/Installation). (I need to figure out a better way to autodetect this for the future.) Since my internet is limited at the moment, I may need until tomorrow to test. I'll try some things here on OSX in the meanwhile, and will reply back to this list with any updates.
