Hi Jon, Thanks for sharing this! The music has a very nice ominous quality to it. For myself, I've always found FM timbres tricky to use; I haven't quite found a good use for them and find them a little bright for my taste. Then again, I haven't really spent much time exploring FM in a long while. I do like how the piece is shaped with the held tones. Otherwise, just to note, there is a Csound SoundCloud group that you might want to join. Also, if you're interested, I'd be happy to add your piece to the set of examples that come with blue.
