Hi Steven, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I'm rather reluctant to install Sun/Oracle JVM on my machine for some reasons but sending the error logs to OpenJDK bug tracker may be on option to me. About my .asoundrc's, when you say off list, you mean by mail ? If so, what is it ? Anyway, here is my casual .asoundrc pcm.copy { type plug slave { pcm hw } route_policy copy } and here is my "record-style" one pcm.!default { type plug slave { pcm rate44100Hz # Direct default output to the below converter } } pcm.rate44100Hz { type rate slave { pcm writeFile # Direct to the plugin which will write to a file format S16_LE #channels 2 rate 44100 } #route_policy copy } pcm.writeFile { type file slave { pcm card0 # Now write to the actual sound card } file "~/capture.raw" format "raw" } pcm.card0 { type hw card 0 } ctl.card0 { type hw card 0 } I don't know why I have to comment the "channels 2" and "route_policy copy" lines but it doesn't work if I don't. -- View this message in context: http://csound.1045644.n5.nabble.com/Re-Cs-dev-Java-API-Bug-Workaround-tp4819367p4827231.html Sent from the Csound - Blue - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
