blueCFD-Core 2016-1 began its release in August 2016, which has the full feature-set that was not provided in blueCFD-SingleCore.
blueCFD-Core 2.3-1 was released for free on the 22nd of March 2016, which relied on the blueCFD-SingleCore project for the code documentation package and some other related developments.
Therefore, blueCFD-SingleCore project is still left here at SourceForge.net, for historical reasons and in case people need to reproduce tests with the older versions provided here.
FSD blueCAPE Lda is responsible for blueCFD®-Core, blueCFD®-SingleCore and this version of cross-compiled OpenFOAM®.
blueCFD®-SingleCore is a subset of blueCFD®-Core, providing the same high quality cross-compiled build version of OpenFOAM® for Windows XP/Vista/7 (32 and 64bit) as in blueCFD®-Core, with some additional tweaks, executables and scripts, in order to maintain usability under a Windows environment. On the other hand, ParaView and MSys are not integrated automatically and MPI support is not provided.
The Issue Tracker for the blueCFD®-SingleCore project is now closed, along with the closure of the Google Code project and subsequent move to SourceForge.net. Any and all users of blueCFD-SingleCore and blueCFD-Core should contact FSD blueCAPE for support.
Currently, not all applications available in blueCFD®-SingleCore have been tested. It is still a work in progress.
