in the rotated view, the dialog box should have 2 more buttons, called mark1 and
mark2.

the interface should should the cuboid (just like the marks do for masks in
Tools) that exists between the marks. This cuboid should have faces parallel to
the principal planes of the rotated (not original) space.

clicking on mark1 or mark2 sets the marks to the location of the cursor.

when the OK button is pressed, a dialog box should come up that has two entries:
one for the interpolation type desired, and another showing the dimensions of
the marked cuboid in world and voxel units. The user should be able to change
the interpolation type and the dimensions of the marked cuboid so that the
output block can have tidy dimensions. If the dimensions change, the changes
should be applied to the midpoint of the marked cuboid--in other words, if the
width of the output block is 11.6 cm and the user changes the width to 12 cm,
the width of the block should be padded out .2 cm on either side of the
mid-point of the cuboid defined by the two marks.

note that the cuboid's midpoint can be figured out in unrotated coordinates very
easily--this should be the center of the output block.
