Blotter is an XDCC client designed to ease the burden of leeching files from XDCC bots on IRC. Blotter masquerades as an mIRC client, in order to evade detection and bans from servers and channels that do not like automated clients.

This release truly marks a great new high point for stability and security in the project. This release addresses various minor bugs and 2 detection methods. This is also the first release to be brought out on Source Forge.
