Beta 2 is released. Several fixes in the reference platform that prevented load testing from working. Also get the updated spidermonkey package!!

Had to redo the spidermonkey distribution, anyone that has the old version needs to redownload this new one.

Added documentation for running the SISR test harness. Check out the latest from SVN and see the contrib\srgs-ir directory for details.

Instructions on running the VoiceXML IR Test Suite are in the contrib directory, checkout the code from SVN for details.

Added instructions for building BladewareVXML on windows, get the code from SVN and see the WindowsBuild.txt file for more information.
