#2 hsearch 0.90 fails to start on Windows XP

We tried multiple times to install and run hsearch on Windows XP using both the MSI and standard tar install. When we try step-1, the HSearchLauncher starts and just hangs. The log file indicates Schema could not be created. We independently verified that a stand alone install of Hbase works. We will try Hsearch again when this is fixed, in the meantime we will explore SOLR which seems to run without any problems.
