A bug in the Capture Daemon/Service causes it to enter an infinite loop, resulting in high CPU usage and failure to capture network usage information. The bug will manifest itself if any data is recorded in the database in the 1 hour prior to the system clock being adjusted backwards due to the end of DST. A fix has been created and is currently being tested.
