This release, along with 1.6.1, fixes a couple of bugs reported by Thorsten Alteholz:

* crash with long entries in input file
* bad days displayed in calendar view

Along with a small set of tests so that they don't come back ...

As promised, the 1.6 release is now available, integrating most patches from the Debian package.

This release does not include any new features, but is a little more robust.

After almost four years in the wilderness, I'm starting to wake up 'birthday' again. As a first step, I've uploaded the original October 2001 release to this new SourceForge project. This is the exact same tarball that is still available from my personal website.

I have also checked that code into the SourceForge CVS system, and started to make some changes aimed at a new release in a week or two. This will not be anything earth-shattering, but there's a little tidying up, and I would like to include any current patches which are already in use elsewhere, for example from the Debian package.... read more
