Reuploaded the 0.9 source to make it more compatible with Linux, reuploaded Color Mod 1.82 and uploaded a new compilation.
Main download includes Biogenesis 0.9 (vanilla), Color Mod 1.82 and AdaMs X-Mod.
0.9 source now also includes @AlexLs files used for Linux repositories. Hope it works.
Some russian translations for the "Genetic Laboratory" were also changed by him, so that the Window doesn´t get too large at 1024 * 768 for the Color Mod.

Biogenesis 0.9 looks good now. What is difference with jts-1.15.0 and jts-1.16.0? Is it compatible with both?
I see only minor issue with txt files of Color Mod. They have EOL in Windows style, but better in Linux style.
"changelog vanilla" has Linux style of EOL. So you should know how to do it.
EOL is TODO for the next release.

I found issue with Biogenesis 0.9 vanilla. It does not open installed manuals, but try to open http://biogenesis.sourceforge.net/manual.php.ru and "An error has been encountered in accessing this page. "

Well, Richard David Williams used JTS-1.14.0 to implement R-trees (large performance improvement). You told me to update to 1.15.0, and I did. I doubt that JTS-1.16.0 improves anything for me, but I do not really know. It works very well as it is. Biogenesis worked with all of them.
I fixed "changelog vanilla" by changing the file encoding to UTF-8 (and removing invalid characters). Can change encoding for all of them for the next release.

Right, there is a fix for this in the Color Mod, but not in vanilla. Will copy this and reupload again.
"I'm about compillation. If to compile with jts-1.16.0 needs to patch code or not?"
...for both of them. I did not change anything, when I downgraded from 1.16.0 to 1.15.0, when you said that Mageia only uses 1.15.0. It wouldn´t work with 1.14.0 however.

Is Joan Queralt working on the homepage? Or is this site down for a much longer time already? I am not sure. Did you check it before (these last months)? I did write an E-Mail to him a week ago and there was no answer.
I cannot do anything there, as you most probably know. He only made me and AdaM (X-Mod creator) Admins for this sourceforge site.

Spanish does not work at least 2 weeks when I tested it the first time.
Let's wait his answer. You need permissions to manage site, documentation is in progress.
But if he will not answer, then you have colormode site to switch on it.

A small tip: If you want to have geographic isolation to create different micro ecosystems you may simulate a world, that is much longer than wide (or the opposite).
I will also upload 1.83 in a few days.

Probably not, because World.java imports...
import org.locationtech.jts.geom.Envelope;
import org.locationtech.jts.index.strtree.STRtree;
...for both of them. I did not change anything, when I downgraded from 1.16.0 to 1.15.0, when you said that Mageia only uses 1.15.0. It wouldn´t work with 1.14.0 however.
Reuploaded the compilation and 0.9 sourcecode and 0.9 opens the english page now for all languages that are not spanish or catalan.
File encoding is also UTF-8 for vanilla.

Ok, then it probably did not work for a longer time.
I have no idea, how to create this sourceforge homepage anyway (and never created one in general). https://biogenesiscolor.sourceforge.io
It just redirects to https://sourceforge.net/projects/biogenesiscolor/ now.
Anyway, there is no Color Mod manual, I would have to write it first
P.S: I also would not want to make the normal homepage a Color Mod homepage. Linking to 0.9 and translations would be enough there.
