I will update the main download (compilation) too, if it is indeed compatible with Mageia.
Changes:
If an organism changes symmetry this will be added to the clade string now too:
"<" symmetry mutated to be lower
">" symmetry mutated to be higher
Individual mutation rate visible in the info toolbar now.
And some minor balance changes (changed the README if necessary).

No.
T_VERSION_B=Biogenesis version:

T_VERSION_BB=Backup Button version:
And add versions by code, not by messages file (do not edit them manually in future).
Needs to update all translations and messages_en.properties and to copy messages_en.properties into messages.properties (transifex cut spaces and they are different there and here)
Some messages files are not utf8, cause you edited them on your side, but needs to download from transifex only. So you lost encoding.

Because this is easier to translate?
I just thought, that you think that it looked bad before, and when I looked at it I agreed, and changed it by adding \n, so it would look the same.
"And add versions by code, not by messages file (do not edit them manually in future)."
Ok sure, it is less work to change it just once in MainWindow.java, instead of many times for each translation in the message files. Can do this.
But are there other reasons?
"Some messages files are not utf8, cause you edited them on your side, but needs to download from transifex only. So you lost encoding."
How did that happen? Just asking, I am not knowledgeable there. Looked at it and they looked fine here. And I only edited T_VERSION, that´s it.
"Needs to add one more row."
Your russian translation takes much space there.
But I don´t really want to change it.
Because changing positions for these genes may create confusion. I want the ordering to make sense. As you see Mod "colors" are all in one row. Familial and social relations are all in one row too. Additionally first column are all integers while the others are booleans, so this looks nice too.
"Life expectancy" in russian, these are (as I can see) many characters.
I changed the resolution to 1024 * 768 to look at it, and if you translate it instead as "maximum age" or even "max age" (same meaning really) it has to fit in there. For the other languages it works already at 1024 * 768.
"Is it possible to convert "changelog vanilla" into utf8 ?
utf8 is default encoding for any linux."
Of course, but I am not sure what the invalid character(s) might be.

To use JTS 1.15.0 too then.
Well, will do this tomorrow, and just replace it.
No new version, because nothing really changed.

Your text editor changes encoding when you edit file. Solution: to find text editor, that respects encoding.

Ok.

Maintainers of linux packages must convert files into utf8. It's better if you will do it for your files on your side.
Fix the vanilla version, you mean?
Yes.

Ok,thanks, I understand. Will definitely do as you suggested.
"Your text editor changes encoding when you edit file. Solution: to find text editor, that respects encoding."
I just use Eclipse. Not sure if I can adjust something there. Can look into it.
"Ok."
Can you translate it (same meaning), so that it fits or not? If it is really not possible, I will think about adding another row. But I would rather not do it, yes. Because my ordering wasn´t arbitrary.
It would be a hassle again to find a good arrangement.
Google translate shows much less characters for the russian translation of "maximum age" as if you use "life expectancy". Should be ok then.
"Yes. We package documentation."
Good :)

Sorry, no problems with encodings of messages files. They have different encodings (German is latin-1, Russian is utf8), but transifex manages it automatically. And program works correctly with different encodings of messages files.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Ok, this means, that I can edit messages files in eclipse?
Yes. But really you need to edit only 1 file: messages.properties. Upload this file into transifex (update resource button). Translate new strings by transifex. Download translated files. Rename them.
Transifex will correct your messages.properties, all extra spaces will be removed. So to have identical files there and here needs to download it again after upload.
Same for manual: needs to edit only English file. It's template for translated files. It uses tabulations instead of spaces, but it was solution of author, just keep it. And, yes, transifex will correct file automatically again, needs to download it after upload. Otherwise on the next upload old version of file some already translated strings will be untranslated (html specific only).
So edit only template files by eclipse, download them back after an upload.
And good way to be sure everything is going ok - to download all files from transifex before resource updating to have backup copy.
If you will need any help in future - write email to me.

utf8 is default encoding for any linux.
Color Mod 1.82: building and starting on linux were fixed
http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/biogenesis/current/
I guess needs to upload fixed version of biogenesis: https://sourceforge.net/projects/biogenesis/files/biogenesis/0.9/ while only 3 people downloaded it (to delete files and upload again) cause many linux distrubutions https://pkgs.org/download//usr/bin/biogenesis will rebuild it and will have problems.

"I see problem with textbox for mutations."
What is the problem?
You are only allowed to use values of 0 to 10000 anyway, and they fit in.
Done.
Transifex allows to add string instructions. I suggested to you to look on it when you will have time.
It looks like line, but not box.
Good, can I also add some general instructions anywhere?
Translations should be short (especially if it leads to these problems, where a window gets too large for 1024 * 768), color names too.
"It looks like line, but not box."
Language and resolution?
Yes. I suggested it: https://sourceforge.net/p/biogenesis/discussion/571709/thread/a27cd5a071/#492e
I fixed Russian translation.
Ok, nice. :)

So I can create these tomorrow for all languages (just need to restructure, translations are complete):
"T_VERSION_B=Biogenesis version:
T_VERSION_CM=Color Mod version:
T_VERSION_BB=Backup Button version:"
...and upload all the messages files into transifex later?
I did not upload anything yet, hope this works without problems.
