#212 Hardcoded Email Address

This problem is related to Bigsister 0.99c3-3

The email address, where the alarm notifications are
sent to, is defined in bb_event_generator.cfg, the
default address is given as "alarm". Changing this
address to, e.g., "bs-alarm" works fine for all alarm
and change notifications. But doing a "ignore check" or
another maintenance work on the "Alarm" section of the
bigsister monitoring site, the notifications are still
sent to "alarm", instead to the defined address in
bb_event_generator.cfg.

It seems that the default email address is hardcoded
somewhere.

Indeed, the "event generator" is ignoring the rules in
bb_event_generator.cfg for maintenance/ignore acks.
