Bifurcum 2.0.0 released

As promised in the blog before I removed the ability to read csv files. Also, the csv report format changed. In exchange, I added the ability to read the native files from two tools:

1. The Eclipse plugin EPC-Tools developed at the
   University of Paderborn in Germany. Sources:
