#237 Buy It Now interferes with sniping

If you put in a snipe price which is above the Buy It
Now price, and at the time when your snipe occurs, the
auction hasn't received any bids, then Ebay presents
you with a non-standard bid confirmation page informing
you that you that you should just Buy It Now instead of
bidding. Bidwatcher doesn't know how to handle this,
and so your snipe doesn't happen.
