#233 Sync Time Problems

1. I am using bidwatcher 1.3.17 (compiled from source) in
(Old-)Europe and when syncing the time with the US ebay site I
get the message: "Error: ERROR: System clock seems to differ
from eBay's by 60 minutes. Check system clock and timezone"

2. Changing to any other eBay country in the preferences menu
seems to have no effect on the indicated time. (i.e. US eBay
time is shown)
However, it changes the ebay page when opening an auction
with the browser.
