„Аташе“ (attaché) is an irregular masculine noun for a person so it does not have a counting form.

Types 038a–038e are for animate nouns and should have no counting form, just an ordinary plural.
'алуминий' is singularia tantum, it does not belong in this type, so cannot serve as a test example.
Removed ‘нащърбя’ from type 173ti (‘нащърбещ’, ‘нащърбейки’, etc. are invalid). It is already correctly included in 173tt.
Removed ‘ниобий’ from 35b. It is a single-word type for the noun ‘рул’. ‘Ниобий’ is already correctly included in 32b.
Removed ‘карфичка’ from type 74. This type is for nouns w/o singular forms. Did not add it in 42 to avoid dictionary bloat from diminuitive nouns. They should probably be handled in an algorithmic way.
Returned ‘недеятелност’ from type 42 (common feminine nouns) to 49 (feminine singularia tantum) b/c it has no plural form (https://ibl.bas.bg/rbe/lang/bg/недеятелност/). Left ‘деятелност’ in 42; its plural form is listed as ‘rare’ but exists nevertheless.
Moved ‘ощърбя’ from 173ti to 173tt as it is perfective/terminative (one cannot say ‘ощърбещ’ or ‘ощърбейки’).
Removed archaic and/or dialectal forms ‘(по)раздразням’, ‘пременям’, ‘препълням’, ‘разгласям’. The contemporary, standard forms are ‘(по)раздразвам’, ‘пременявам’, ‘препълвам‘, ’разгласявам’ (see the corresponding articles at https://ibl.bas.bg/rbe/).
- Removed ‘защищавам’. AFAIK it is a Russianism, from ‘защищать’; the only correct form is currently considered to be ‘защитавам’ (see for example https://kaksepishe.com/zashtitavam/). The form ‘защищавам’ is absent both from the official spelling dictionary and the Dictionary of Bulgarian Language (https://ibl.bas.bg/rbe/lang).
- Removed ‘черносив’. According to the official spelling dictionary, names of combined colors are written using a dash (‘сиво-черен’, ‘синьо-зелен’, etc.).
Moved 'сладоледен' from type 79 to type 76 (сладоледена торта, not *сладоледна торта)

Added a few adjectives. Fixed 'полусутеренен'. Removed 'сутришен', the dictionary gives only 'сутрешен' as correct.
The word is not misplaced. 'тюлѐн' is a noun (a kind of animal). 'тю̀лен' is an adjective (made from a certain kind of cloth, 'тюл').
