#12 Outermost connections are not printed

In EPC diagrams, the print function does not draw connection lines, when they are outermost (left, right, top, bottom).
The problem occurs when the diagram printing is fit to page (scaling 1 page wide and heigh) and the size of the diagram is determined by the dimension, which the connection line is in. E.g. in a very wide diagram left or right connection lines are not printed.
Once a node (function, event etc.) is positioned in less distance to the page margins, the lines are printed again (as they are not outermost anymore).
