The current 5.0 alpha code in the CVS maintrunc now uses actual PostgreSQL versions (tested with 7.2.1).
The biggest advantage is that you are now able to input any UNICODE characters in your data.
Benedetto will no longer work with the older 6.5.2 release!
If you have a maintrunc system running, you will have to move your data to a new PostgreSQL database either by using the means provided by PostgreSQL (pg_dump) or export your data in Benedetto, install a new system and reimport the data there.
A new Benedetto realease 4.1.10 has been created (still the german only version) and can be downloaded from http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/benedetto/benedetto-4.1.10.tar.gz.
It contains a bugfix for the export module.
If you already have version 4.1.9 installed, you only have to replace the file benedetto.jar.
A first draft of a glossary is available that gives a translation of the german terms used in Benedetto to their english equivalent.
It is contained in the doc directory of the sourcecode and can directly be accessed at http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/\*checkout*/benedetto/benedetto/doc/glossary.html
