More variety of aggregate types would be an advantage (MAX,
MIN, SUM ...) , as would more complex join types and
LIMIT/ROWNUM type
operands. To want more variety is fair enough :-)
To want to remove count is not, as it is a very commonly
desired aggregate in data warhousing. So if this is
difficult for multi generational databases - then, er, well,
good - something for the generational boys to work on :-)
