#9 Handle HAR+CSV results

For now, results received by the server are HAR xor CSV. We should be able to get both in the WebApp if it is asked by user.
Actions draft:
1- Add interface to choose results formats (har, csv, both).
2-Upload wanted results from clients
3-Handle HAR+CSV in WebApp results storage.
