#13 HarLib dates without milliseconds cause "JsonParseException: Invalid date format"

Occassionally dates created in HAR files generated by BrowserMob Proxy do not have milliseconds. When I attempt to read them with HarLib I see an error like the following:

org.codehaus.jackson.JsonParseException: Invalid date format '2016-04-06T22:24:46-07:00'

I believe this is still an ISO 8601 format date. For the time being, I open the HAR files and search and replace for dates without milliseconds and add .000 to the end of the seconds field and save them before reopening with HarLib. For example, the above date becomes 2016-04-06T22:24:46.000-07:00. This works but I'd rather avoid it.
