In installation procedure of bBlog you cannot take UTF8
name of your blog. If you take it, It'll be displayed
inproperly.

Fortunately, you can change it to right name later. I
thing the bug is that installation page doesn't use
UTF8 encoding and save information in US-ASCII
(ISO-8859-1) encoding.

This *should* be fixed in 0.7.5, since pixlepope is working
on UTF-8, UTF-16, and another nice surprise :)

yup, it's fixed. UTF-8 right from the install.
