#2 Better kings' indication

Distinction between kings and men is not clear (maybe
because my display doesn't support 32-bit color). I can
think of two more ways of drawing a king:
- make the radius of king slightly bigger;
- put horizontal red (green, blue) torus inside the king,
in its center, so that there will be a circle around it.
