Craig,
Take a look at Questions.txt. I had similar problems with SuSE on
this and I'm pretty
sure it was that the Questions.txt file where the REQUIRE_DISTRO: .....
must have the FC2
set up for each applicable Question. I'm not as familiar with the
development history on Fedora
so can't be sure about what's been set up on older versions, but I'm
thinking updating that file
will do the trick.
Thanks,
Niki

Subject: [Bastille-linux-discuss] Probs with 2.1.4-0.1
Hi Everyone
I have a Fedora Core 2 machine which has been running
an earlier version of bastille ok from the RedHat 9
upgrade that I did on it. I have now downloaded and
tried installing numerous versions of the later
Bastille 2.1.3-0.2 and 2.1.4-0.1. I am running
perl-Tk-804.027. The 2.1.3 version came up with the
API.pm syntax errors that were mentioned in the sourceforge
bug list which I fixed by inserting the missing }. But when
running bastille I got "Bastille is unable to run on
this operating system". So I did the bastille --os and
found it was expecting FC2 not RHFC2. Tried bastille
--os FC2. Same error "Bastille is unable to run on this
operating system". Ok I'll try 2.1.4-0.1. Installed ok
and when I run bastille it fires up the TK interface ok
but there are no modules to choose from. I get title
screen and end screen. I can save and exit ok but then
of course there is no useful config generated. Is there anyone
that has a working config on FC2.
Thanks for any hints
Craig N
